Free Children's Vitamins Program

At Value Mart Pharmacy we believe it is very important for children to take a daily multivitamin. In an effort to promote good health and support our community, we have decided to distribute free children’s vitamins. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are eligible to receive free vitamins at Value Mart Pharmacy. There is absolutely no cost to participate and no purchase is necessary.

We’ve made it simple. Fill out a registration form to enroll your child into the program. When you bring in the form, your child will receive their first free month’s supply of our store brand’s Chewable Children’s Multivitamins. We will provide a 30-day supply of vitamins once per month for all of your children.
