Free Diabetic Test Strips Program
At Value Mart Pharmacy we understand that having diabetes can be costly, and that sometimes the cost of test strips can prevent people from managing their blood sugar properly. It is very important for diabetic patients to be monitoring their blood sugar on a regular basis to prevent health complications. We want to encourage the diabetic patients in our community to better manage their blood sugar, which is why we now proudly provide Even Care diabetic test strips and meters free of charge.
Who’s Eligible?
If you have diabetes and receive all of your prescriptions at Value Mart Pharmacy, you are eligible to receive up to 100 free Even Care test strips every month along with a free meter.
What if I don’t fill my prescriptions at Value Mart Pharmacy?
If you are not a patient of ours, you can simply transfer you’re prescriptions to our pharmacy to become eligible to receive free test strips.
How it Works
- All patients will receive a free Even Care Glucose Meter when they first enroll.
- Patients that do not use insulin can receive 50 Even Care test strips for free every month.
- Patients that use insulin can receive 100 Even Care test strips for free every month.
- Lancets and extra boxes of test strips are available at a low cost to you.
